Kahlua is our very own adoptee. Though she is not considered a "classic" style malamute, her woolly coat and immense range of vocalizations make her a wonderful pet. Incidentally, she is wearing a "Gentle Leader" halter, not a muzzle.
Georgia Alaskan Malamute Rescue, based in Columbus, Georgia, is an information network, clearinghouse, and emergency funding entity servicing individuals and organizations working in direct rescue of Alaskan Malamutes from pounds, shelters, abandonment, "puppy mill" siezures, etc. |
